All Sims will need money to survive in La` Cocoa Villa (LCV) one of the most effective ways to make money is to GET A JOB.

Every industry has its criteria for a character to get hired in that field. Before taking any job read and understand the job duties before accepting the job. Employed Sims will get paid on scheduled days or when certain tasks are complete or Sales.
Below I will take you through a general description of the available industry and their criteria. This format is for both employer and employees to follow.

Public officials: Mayor, Mayor’s personal assistant
Administrative: Human recourses, Housing authorities, School board, ect….
Medical: Doctors (Pediatric, Surgeon, Gynecologist, Chiropractor, Physiologist)
Law enforcement: Police force, Judge and Jury, Security agent, Private detectives, ect…..
City Operative: Public transportation, Garbage men/women, City Janitorial service, Recreational staff, ect….
Banking: Banker, Business loan agent, Home loan agent, Payroll accountant ect…..
Construction: Builders, Architect, Carpenters, Electricians ect…
Media Broadcastor: News paper reporter, TV Anchor man/woman, TV Promoter, ect...

Jobs in this category are high paying jobs set by the mayor himself. Government official will be paid by certain task they complete. Task and assignment will be given to official from the Mayor via PM.

Food: Restaurants, Grocery store, Fast food, ect….
Sales: Clothing, Electronics, furniture, Cars ect….


Business owners (not for small time business owners)
1. Apply for loan to start business, locate empty business or a empty lot on the market.
2. Set up shop / Decorate your thread with pictures of your establishment. Take pic of facilities layout and take pic of feature sales item or menu.
3. Hire for all position (minimum employee is 6) Cook(s), Bus Boy/Girl, Waitress/Waiter, Cashier, Stocker, Sales clerk, ect…
4. Assign uniforms, logos, slogans, flyers and commercial ect………….
5. On a schedule bases you must do your months end finance and progress reviews which is tally up how many customer visited your establishment, how many assignment your employee have completed and calculate profit by using equation given by the bank in which you have a loan with.


Once business is open start assigning task so that your employee can get paid.
Government Payroll accountant will be responsible for paying employee, according to months end finance and progress report, owner submits.


Employees:
1. Take pictures of yourself in uniform, at work doing varies things in your job duties.
2. Report to Boss to get new assignments or progress reports
3. Service employees will get paid on a schedule bases set by their boss. To make quick cash, interact with the customer while at work, money will instantly be put into your pocket change

Maid, Babysitter, Publicist, Designer (interior or fashion), Chauffeur, Fitness Trainer, Photographer, Beautician ect…


Lending your Personal self for service is a good way to be your own boss and set your own pricing. As a personal business you will not have to report your financial earnings and employee info to the government on a routine basis. As a personal business you will have to keep track of how much you pay your employee and how much profit your company makes, because at any time the government can request your financial doc, to ensure your staying within Personal Service guided lines.


1. To work in this industry you must obtain an entrepreneur license. (can be found under Employment Application)
2. If facility is needed, it must be inspected and approved by building code.
3. As Owner of personal service business you are responsible for all aspect such as Supplies, Advertisement, and building funds.
4. Employee hired cannot exceed Personal Service industry maximum of 5 employees.
5. All employees and some clients must sign legal business contract
.

News media, TV Station: This is how you get famous in the Entertainment business.

Singer, Musicians, Producers, DJ’s:

1. For these positions, money is earned by ticket and albums sells.
2. Entertainment task will consist of you Making videos, movie, music and connection.
3. You can promote your self or hire a publicist.
4. Being seen on TV and getting your name in the paper, is a good way to get popular.
5. Visit all the Hot Spots and Red Carpet events.
6. Complete entertainment Task and then sell ticket to showcase your Talent.
7. Earn quick cash by your name being mention in any character conversation (you don’t have to be there) Earn money weather good or bad comments are being said about you. (It’s your Publicist job to track how many times your name is dropped)
8. Start fashion trend. Achieve fan that admire your style.
