Every Citizen of La` Cocoa Villa must obtain residents within 5days of receiving your LCV ID and your character Profile thread. Once you have found a resident that you would like to rent or buy (Located under the Classified in the Daily News Section). Fill out the appropriate Housing form under the application section and lastly wait for your response.
Every resident will have it's own address, which every character should paste into their Profile Thread. Every citizen will have to be responsible for the upkeep of there resident lot.

The Cost of living depends on the area you choose to live in.

All Property Owners set the Rent or Mortgage rate.
Property owner are different then Architect, Real Estate agents or Landlord.
Property owners are people who buy vacant lots or empty lots from the city, and then hire a Architect to build on it's land and a real estate agents to sell there land and a Landlord to collect and report on the resident that live there. (of course hiring is optional, they could attempt to do it themselves)

Once your settle into your new home, the landlord will lay out the rules

The Landlord is responsible for passing msg down from the Property owner to the tent and visa versa. When it's time for rent, your to send payments request to your bank and in return send payment voucher (which comes from your bank ) to the Landlord. If for any reason you cannot make this month rent, it's up the landlord and the Property owner to decide on how to deal with the situation. The landlord is also there to make sure the tents are following their rental agreement such as
(Mainly for apartment residents)
No Pets,
One parking space per apartment,
No knocking down walls or painting the walls inside of apartment
Only those on the lease can live on the property.

Where to look

Also another way to locate a resident is to hire a Real Estate agent who will find you the perfect home, based on what your looking for and what you can afford. Real Estate agent have unlimited access to the media unlike Property owners, who have to pay small fee's to advertise in the media. Real Estate agent also has first knowledge of residents on the market and they along with the lending bank determine the going rate for property in a particular neighborhood
