Then send message to the Mayor's office (PM Message)
This form will be reviewed and placed in your character's personal Citizenship record.
All Character's personal records will be kept in a locked thread only viewable by the mayor and his staff.
The Citizenship thread keeps track of each creator and their character's.

keep in mind that what you write here will be set in stone; meaning you can not change this information after it has been sent to the Mayors office.
