La` Cocoa Villa Elementary, High School and LCV University, the only College in La` Cocoa Villa, is looking for qualified teacher and instructors. Must have at least 3yr of college and experience in child development.
Job duties consist of Teaching general academics or Specified subjects for 6th grade and up. Also teacher will be responsible for creating academic assignments and grading student’s achievements.

The Principal or Dean of the school will give all teachers academic goals for their students to achieve and in return teachers will give students class or homework to help the teacher meet certain goals. Teachers are paid on a twice a month bases the 1st and the 15th. Starting pay is $1,300.00 and up.

La` Cocoa Villa Restaurants are looking for talent Chef and Pleasant Waitress or Waiters
Chef with experiences and a degree in the culinary art is a plus. Chef will be required to create restaurants menus and interact with Waitress or Waiters.
Servers are needed to be pleasant, friendly and neat. Server will be required to take orders and interact with customers.
Restaurant managers will be responsible for the overall performance of the business and will assign cooking or advertisement task for both the chef’s and servers.
Chefs and servers are paid on Weekly bases at an hourly rate starting at $9. per hr with daily tips.

Do you have an eye for fashion, if so La` Cocoa Villa clothing stores, need you to be a sales clerk in one of their stylish clothing stores. As a sells clerk you will be responsible for brining the hottest fashion to La` Cocoa Villa. Clerks are required to impress the customers with their clothing selection and their great sense of style. Store Managers will issue fashion assignment to the clerks, and then the clerks are to interact with customers to complete task given. Also clerks can earn bonus for top-ranking celebrities rocking their stores clothing. Clerks get paid on a bi-weekly bases at a $10.00 hourly rate.

To be a banker you must enter RPG at least once every other day or work out a schedule with fellow bankers.
Being a banker is very important to every day life here in LCV, resident who are assign to your bank will contact you regarding getting a loan or making a payment. As a banker you would receive financial reports from business with loans at your bank and most importantly bankers are to make sure their customer doesn't go over their funds limit, to do so they will update their customer payroll thread.

Then what you need is an entrepreneur license. With this license you have a high probably of getting a good loan with great low rates, which you’ll need to start your own business. With this license you will get your own lot (thread) to build your business, free weekly ads in the classified and your personal business card located (Sigg). As an entrepreneur you will not have to complete assignments or task to make your pay, but you will have to give your staff assignments and task to complete, you will also have to keep count of customers you serve in order to calculate the profit your business make. The bank you open up your loan with, will have more info on financial reporting

The Strong arm of the law this force is definite the backbone of the mayor’s power to keep order in the city. To qualify you must be in physical fit condition that’s why there’s a rigorist training you must complete before wearing the LCV Proud uniform. After training you’ll be on the beat, sorrowing the city for any one breaking the LCV character conduct laws. You have the power to put someone in the correctional facility (Jail), which they will be band to that limited thread, until their time is served. Now putting your life on the line is a dangerous job, but someone got to do it, and for that you will receive a base salary of $2,000 bi-weekly.

The second have of the law is Lawyers. As a Lawyer your job is to protect your Citizens right to be innocent until proven guilty. To do this you must collect clues from police reports, evidences and witness. As a lawyer you make good money depending on how many cases you do and bonus on how many case you win. A lawyer makes a regular $1,500 per case.

La’ Cocoa Villa Weekly News is where it’s at. The media is responsible for keeping the people inform on what’s going on in the latest current events, lifestyle and trends, entertainment and the classified. As the media you must login to RPG at least once every other day, or work out a schedule with fellow media employees. The head of the news thread will give out assignments to the reporter to cover, where you get paid per assignment $700. Now if you bring in some freelance reporting you can receive bonus. Assignments will be given through you PM box, and are to be posted in the New Weekly thread in appropriate column.
